RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely happy with the baits you have ordered then please contact us by using the ‘Email Us Here’ link at the bottom of our homepage under CONTACT. 

You may return them to us within 30 days of purchase. We will offer you a full refund provided that the baits are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and are in the original packaging/pots.

You (buyer) will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the baits to us.

To return any products to us please contact us in the first instance and we will be able to provide the necessary details in order to initiate the Returns process - Returns can only be accepted if agreed in writing first.

Adequately pack the item(s) back in the parcel to prevent damage and include your name, address & order Number inside the parcel. When returning items to us, they remain your responsibility until received by us and so you are strongly recommended to return using a SIGNED for service, please make sure the adequate insurance has been added and obtain the proof of postage. We CANNOT accept responsibility for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.

We also CANNOT accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once we have receipt of your return and have checked everything is in order. A full refund will be initiated as soon as possible - Typically within 2-3 working days.
